PUBLIC VS PRIVATE
The viewer only works with public profile information
An Instagram profile viewer does not change an account’s privacy setting. If an account is private, its restricted posts and stories remain unavailable. The same applies to Close Friends stories, age-limited material and content removed by the owner.
A public account can still return an incomplete result. Stories are temporary, individual posts can be deleted or archived, and a creator can switch the entire account to private. The upstream source may also be temporarily delayed.
